To help you prepare for our special dinner celebration, we’ve compiled answers to some frequently asked questions. We hope this information will ensure you have a smooth and enjoyable experience.
What is the dress code:
Black tie/ formal evening dress
Please be mindful that this is a church event and we would appreciate it if all attendees came dressed modestly and appropriately, respecting their fellow church. This applies to both men and women.
What is the start and end time?
The event will start prompt at 7.00PM. We encourage you to arrive from 6.30PM to avoid missing out on the fun. We are conscious of the Congestion Charge which ends at 6PM on the day and any unforeseen impacts to your journey.

Parking is available nearby at The Westfield Stratford City – Car Park B, E20 1EJ.

Please note that Westfield Stratford City is inside the Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ).
There will be complimentary water and juice provided for each person. Additional non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased individually.
Do I have to sit in my allocated seat?
Yes, the table plan has been shared with the venue and the hospitality staff will be using this to make sure you are served the correct meal.
Am I allowed to bring a plus one
No, this event is reserved for active workers of The Cornerstone Church.
What happens if I can’t make it
We understand that things can happen last minute, however where possible we encourage you to attend. In the event that you are unable to make it, you may be asked to pay for your meal – this would be dependent on circumstances.
